Our firm offers the following services to companies seeking employees:

• Retained Search: Giving top priority to your assignment - typically used in rush or extremely sensitive assignments. Gives us the ability to attract the best candidates.
• Contingency Search: An in-depth search based on your requirements with payment due on completion.
• Con-Tained Search: Establishes a higher priority than contingency with a small non-refundable initial payment to start the search.
• Contract Staffing: Ability to keep your firm "agile" in today's changing marketplace. Rates are based on a percentage mark-up of the hourly wage determined on a per assignment basis.

Fees charged are based on a percentage of the projected annual gross compensation.
We also provide retiree rehire, employer of record and outplacement services.
These services are negotiated on a per assignment basis.

Signed fee agreements are required on each assignment.
