History
Today, Contemporary Personnel Staffing, a nationally
certified Women Business Enterprise is the largest, independently
owned full service firm in Central New York. Since its founding
in 1989 by Laurie Liechty, CPC. Contemporary Personnel Staffing
has grown from a two person office to a staff of 25. We currently
have 2 offices in the great Syracuse area. CPS and its affiliate Professionals
Incorporated have become a diversified source for talent
that has grown to include Executive search, Direct Hire, Temp to
Hire, Temporary, and Payroll Transfer Plans for high level contract,
administrative and blue collar staff.
Contemporary Personnel Staffing has trained and certified
recruiters in each of our local offices. Our Liverpool office
houses our administrative division where they place all office
related disciplines. Our North Syracuse office focuses on all Manufacturing
Disciplines. For

In 1996, Laurie realized the need for a professional
search division and launched Professionals Incorporated.
This allows us to better service our client partners with dedicated
recruiters knowledgeable and experienced in their disciplines.
Today, Professionals Incorporated is a leader in our industry with
four seasoned recruiters, a recruiting assistant and a Client Development
