We take pride in our professionalism and we try to provide value-added services that make your search less stressful and more productive. Since we are a contingency search firm, we only get paid if we place you.  The result is that we represent ONLY THE BEST CANDIDATES TO ONLY THE BEST EMPLOYERS.

We go to great lengths to qualify candidates and then prepare professional profiles on them for presentation to our loyal clientele.  At any given time, we typically have 50 openings we can fill if we can identify the right candidates.  If you can show us that you are a high potential candidate, we will make a commitment to helping you succeed in your search.

In addition to preparing a professional personal profile on you, we will provide a variety of other sources of information.  We can help you plan your career, prepare for interviews, handle the nuances of the transition period and even help you become an effective interviewer once you've landed a more responsible role.  These topics and many more are explored in a series of booklets that are FREE to all CPI candidates! 

During the critical stages of the process we will share with you the copyrighted booklets dealing with many aspects of the employment search process. "Money Motivation & Milestones" deals with career planning, salary curve plotting and psychological motivators. We provide this early in the process so you can step back and look candidly at why and how you are pursuing your search.

Your Commitment to Us

You agree to provide a current resume and promptly complete an extensive survey of your skills and personal situation.   "Preferences & Parameters" is a copyrighted pre-search planner that will help you learn about yourself and give us the tools we need to work effectively in your behalf. 

We also require your ongoing feedback and open communication if we are to be your agent.  The result of this professional approach to recruiting is that nearly 60% of our candidates are either repeat placements or people referred by candidates we have previously represented.

We have an investment in the candidates we represent because our reputation rides on every candidate presentation we make. Therefore, we demand of our applicants a high level of commitment and cooperation. In return, we help our candidates succeed in every way possible!

Once potential opportunities are identified and the interviewing process begins, we provide "Improving the Odds" which deals with topics such as interview etiquette, dress and effective follow-up. It helps prepare you for the questions you'll encounter in a typical interview.

Finally, should an offer be tendered, we offer a book called "Graceful Transitions".    This booklet deals with a number of topics like offer acceptance, counteroffers and effectively working your notice.

When a client shows interest in you, we will expedite to you a profile on the client that describes their opening and their corporate culture. This research summary identifies the client's key people, gives the company's history and outlines the demographics of the area.
