Job satisfaction is extremely important, and we are in the business of helping people increase their satisfaction with their daily tasks. We were incorporated in 1985, and since then, two words have described the way we do business - "Pride" and "Professionalism".

We are primarily a contingency search firm - meaning that we get paid by the employer only if we are successful in finding the right candidate for their opening. Therefore, we can only afford to represent the very best candidates. If you fit that description, we'd love to work with you. There is never a fee to the applicant.

Our Mission is:

To serve the staffing needs of manufacturing plants in the Southeast by maintaining a ready pool of pre-qualified candidates who are available for placement on a contingency basis.
To provide partial-retainer and contract placement services to meet the needs of our key clients.
To strive to be the most responsive and professional agency with whom our clients and candidates do business.
To constantly work to improve the staffing process for everyone involved.
To conduct our relations with clients, candidates and community in a manner consistent with the Code of Ethics of the National Association of Personnel Consultants.

We are an independent firm with strong ties to Top Echelon, the nation's largest and most automated network of recruiters -- a network with some 600 agencies and a data base of over 35,000 candidates.

Because we have worked with most of our client companies for several years, we hear about many openings that are never advertised. Furthermore, over 60% of our candidates come to us by referral from other satisfied candidates and clients. That should tell you a lot about our professionalism.
