Twenty-seven years ago I began a career that turned out to be one of the most dynamic and rewarding moves I have ever made.

With the opportunity to earn an unlimited income at my fingertips, I began my career as a recruiter.  Soon I became a student of the business.  I learned and I listened and I packaged my material in a unique way.  I studied some of the top producers in the recruiting industry and developed a series of training tools based on proven success—training techniques proven to work time and time again.

On this website you will find a brief description of each of the products and services I developed to help others achieve their goals as professional recruiters.  Each item is prepared using the same “nuts and bolts” approach I used as a recruiter.

Bob interviews his "million-dollar-student"
In 2005 Bob Marshall was approached by a recruiter with this request, 'Can you teach me to bill one million dollars in one year'? Always ready for a challenge, Bob believed that with the right student--one who was willing to implement the tools that Bob has developed over the years--this goal was attainable. One year and $1,031,000 dollars later, that recruiter has agreed to accompany Bob to the Top Echelon studios to be interviewed on how they structured this accomplishment.
